I love this app & couldn't be without it. The ladies voice is so relaxing & it really helps me. Meditation isn't just for sleep, it sets you up for the next day, in that you feel calm & de-stressed & able to cope. I love the pre loaded meditation too & that has a great mix & really helps me sleep. I paid for the full version & it's money well spent.

Great app—but when you wake up and can't sleep, the last thing you want to do is shine your phone in your face, even with muted colors. (It must have a certain brightness or you can't read it.) So I've found I have the best chance if I can look at it sideways rather than picking it up. Unfortunately, these authors are shy about making their play buttons bigger than the size of a fingertip—and at an angle, they're little slivers. I sure wish they could get that. Maybe if they actually tried it.

The music/nature sounds crashes after 5 minutes, no matter what duration you have set. This app worked well on iPhone but I guess developers don't care about android...
